Brig were denied victory at Glossop by a Tom Bailey goal for the hosts 11 minutes from time in the NPL First Division North.

Stuart Vasey gave Bamber Bridge a 15th-minute lead, only for Kieran Lugsden to level for North End five minutes from the interval.

Curtis Thompson sent Brig in at the break 2-1 up, netting in the final minute of the half.

But Bailey’s strike ensured the points were shared.

Kendal Town won 4-3 at Droylsden, with Nathan Bondswell (24), Samuel Bailey (40 pen), Jordan Connerton (53) and Daniel Wilkins (67) on target.

Ben Barber (27), Lee O’Brien (69) and Domaine Rouse (89) scored for Droylsden.

Lancaster City went down 3-0 at home to Mossley, for whom Kyle McGonigle scored twice and Tom Dean got the other.

Clitheroe were hammered 6-1 at Ossett Albion.

Sefton Gonzales got their consolation goal.
