Nearly 5,000 Simon Graysons set for Wigan takeover

As a celebration of the Preston North End manager’s fourth anniversary of taking charge at Deepdale all the travelling fans will be given a Simon Grayson mask to wear in the away end at the DW Stadium.

PNE supporters are set be in full voice with the entire allocation of 4,733 having been sold for the Championship clash.

“It will be quite scary to see I suppose,” said Grayson, whose side will be looking for a third straight win.

“It’s a nice idea, I’m not sure who is going to get the blame for this!”

The reverse of the masks will be all yellow, with travelling fans also being encouraged to create a sea of yellow as the teams come out.
