Liverpool will face Chelsea in the semi-finals of the Champions League after beating Arsenal 4-2 at Anfield.
Captain Steven Gerrard scored a late penalty and substitute Ryan Babel added a fourth in stoppage time as Liverpool battled through to the last four with a 5-3 aggregate victory on a night of high drama.

The Gunners took an early lead through Abou Diaby in the 13th minute, only for Sami Hyypia to level.

Fernando Torres fired the Reds in front, but Emmanuel Adebayor looked to have put the Gunners through with a second late away goal after a brilliant 45-yard run by Theo Walcott, before Gerrard won it from the spot five minutes from time and then Babel made sure right at the end.

Goals from Michael Ballack and Frank Lampard helped Chelsea to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League for the fourth time in five years

Trailing 2-1 to Turkish side Fenerbahce from the first leg in Istanbul, Chelsea fought back with a 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge to clinch a semi-final tie against their Barclays Premier League rivals Liverpool.
