Josie Hill found out more about how it all works
Recycling, health and other services have hit the road in Lancashire with the aim of making them easier to access.
A truck, kitted out with laptops with internet access, will tour the Preston area from next week to get more people surfing the web.
Visitors can find out how to get online information on services provided by the council, the police, NHS and others.
The Citizenzone truck is also kitted out with plasma TV screens and can be used by community groups for meetings and training.
It is funded by the AvenCentral Partnership and run by Preston Council.
Mayor Christine Abram said: "People can drop in and use the state-of-the-art facilities, access the Internet, or speak to staff about everything from benefits and recycling issues, to community policing and healthcare provision in their area."
The Citizenzone vehicle has been on Preston Flag Market from Monday to Wednesday and will be at The Stag's Head pub in Goosnargh on Thursday and St Augustine's New Avenham Centre on Friday.
