HUNDREDS of teenagers rallied together to voice their support for a racism-free Preston.

Four Preston secondary schools sent choirs to sing at the Standing Together Against Racism (STAR) festival’s community choir concert at the County Hall, Preston.

The mass choir featured pupils from Corpus Christi Catholic High School, Broughton Business and Enterprise College, Moor Park High School and Sixth Form and Ashton Community Science College sang a host of appropriate songs at the start of the STAR festival to show their commitment to the community and unite against racism.

The three-day festival that included a variety of community activities including dance, music and sport was hosted by the Preston and Western Lancashire Racial Equality Council and supported by Preston City Council.
