Watch out for roadworks for 14 weeks

Hoghton Parish Council said it had not been informed of the roadworks and that Lancashire County Council, when approached, was also not aware of them.

The parish council clerk contacted Electricity North West and the county council regarding the lack of any notification, but was told it was not their policy to notify parish councils, only local residents.
