Road closed after motorbike crash near Preston primary school
A road was closed near a Preston primary school on Wednesday after a crash involving a motorbike.
Emergency services were called to Greavestown Lane near Lea Community Primary School at about 5.15pm on Wednesday, to the smash between a car and a motorbike, which was carrying two people.
Police said the man driving the motorbike was suffering from chest pain following the crash, while the female passenger had internal injuries.
Both were taken to Royal Preston Hospital by ambulance.
The occupants of the car were uninjured.
The road was closed for about an hour following the crash.
