Traffic disruptions include: heavy traffic on A5085 Blackpool Road, eastbound in Ribbleton, Preston, at the B6243 Ribbleton Avenue traffic lights junction.
On the A677 Higher Eanam / Copy Nook in Blackburn, traffic is busy but moving at the Higher Audley Street traffic lights junction.
There is slow traffic on A6 Lostock Lane in Bamber Bridge around Sainsburys and South Ring traffic lights.
There is traffic congestion on A6 Garstang Road in Fulwood, Preston at the M55 J1 Roundabout junction and at near the Hospital junction.
