Tickets are available to see opera singer Russell Watson perform in a charity concert at Preston Guild Hall in aid of the Katy Holmes Trust.
The singer, who has battled two brain tumours himself, met the parents of 10-year-old Katy Holmes, who died of a brain tumour last year, at Preston’s Christmas lights switch-on last December.
He is now a patron for the charity which raises funds for research into paediatric brain tumours.
An Evening With Russell Watson, A Concert For Katy will be held at Preston Guild Hall on Friday December 6 and will be his final UK show of 2013.
All money raised from the event will go to the Katy Holmes Trust.
Brain Tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children in the UK and the Government only gives 0.7% of funding towards research.
Tickets are priced at £25, £42.50 and £60 and are available from.prestonguildhall.com and www.gigsandtours.com. For details, visit www.russellwatson.com
