Road closed after crash at blackspot
A major Lancashire road was partially closed tonight after a road traffic accident.
The Preston-bound carriageway of the A565 was closed at Mere Brow near Tarleton after a collision involving a car and a motorbike.
It happened near the junction with Moss Hey Lane at around 6.30pm.
Police said there had been injuries, but the extent was not known at this stage.
It was not know when the road will reopen.
