A local estate agent is delighted to have been awarded a top industry prize for his bright ideas.
Paul Morgan, Farrell Heyworth IT Director, says he is excited to have been awarded Innovator of the Year at the 2012 Negotiator Magazine Awards.
He says: “On behalf of Farrell Heyworth I was extremely pleased to accept this award. It is recognition that we can sell houses in new creative ways.”

“Our main innovation was to combine the map with Facebook to allow you to see your friends and family who live near to the property, and then allow you to send friends/family questions about the local area or property.”
The Negotiator Magazine Awards are the Estate Agency industry’s most prestigious award event.
Paul added: “This is the equivalent of Estate Agency Oscars and this award is a testament to the great creative team in Farrell Heyworth.”
Farrell Heyworth was nominated for the Estate Agency Marketing Team of the Year and Estate Agency Innovation of the Year, the two of the most prestigious awards available in Estate Agency, and were overjoyed to win the Innovation award.
Not wanting to rest on their laurels, Farrell Heyworth were also recently shortlisted in The Social Buzz Awards 2012, the most prestigious award ceremony in UK Marketing.
The nominations are Best Social Media Innovation, Best In-House Marketing Team, and Best Use of Insight / Monitoring, the three of the most sought after awards available in corporate marketing.
Farrell Heyworth has been nominated against global brands like Nokia, Parlophone Records and the Stagecoach Group, showing this local firm can punch above its weight.
