Police in Preston have issued a fresh appeal for information about a 43-year-old homeless man who has been missing since January
Adrian Wane – known as Ady – was last seen on Lancaster Road North on Tuesday January 20. He is a rough sleeper and has not been seen since.
Ady is described as stocky with collar-length brown hair and an untidy beard. He usually wears a beanie hat and a dark ski type coat.
He has links to Preston and Chorley and is a regular visitor to soup kitchens in the Preston area.
DI Jon Clegg of Preston CID said: “Ady hasn’t been seen for two months now and we are getting very concerned about his welfare. He is known within the homeless community but there have been no confirmed sightings of him since January.
“We are still appealing for information to help us find him and I would ask anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to make contact with us. I would also urge members of the public to get in touch with us if they believe they may have seen him in the Preston area recently.”
