Lancashire Constabulary is hosting an open day, so that visitors get a change to see “behind the badge” and find out what really goes into making Lancashire a safe place to live and work.
The event, on Sunday, September 28, from 10am till 4pm, will feature police vehicles including cars, bikes, and armed response vans to see and sit in.
Visitors can also see the force helicopter, watch displays by police dogs and horses and take partin activities such as Laser Quest.
There is no parking at the Hutton headquarters, and visitors in cars must use park and ride facilities at Enterprise Drive, Leyland.
