The family of a seriously ill Preston man have urged his estranged mother to get in touch.

Anthony Kellett, from Ingol, had a bone marrow transplant in 2005 after being diagnosed with leukaemia aged just 10.

Now he is seriously ill in Royal Preston Hospital and his family want his mother Nicola to get in touch.

Nicola and Anthony’s dad Robert separated around 18 years ago.

Robert said he believed she was now called Nicola Smith and was working in Kirkham.

He said: “She needs to know that Anthony is very ill and in Royal Preston Hospital.”
