Cafe owners Rebecca Kelly and James Haythornthwaite were married in their home town of Kirkham.

The couple tied the knot on Saturday, April 15, at St Michael’s Church during a beautiful ceremony, surrounded by their family and friends.

James, 34, and Rebecca, 43, met and fell in love while working together.

They became engaged during a romantic weekend in York.

With excellent entertainment by Steve Matthews, the couple celebrated with their guests at Kirkham and Churchills at Mill Farm in Wesham, home of AFC Fylde, and they say their day was filled with lovely people at a lovely venue.

Best men were Dan Wrigley and Jack Kelly and Emma Taylor was chief bridesmaid.

The bridesmaids were Paige Taylor, Pegi Bowen-Jones and Lilly Game.

The girls wore stunning dresses from Dreamcatcher in Kirkham and the cake was made by Sugar and Spice cake specialist.

Rebecca said “We had a fantastic day, a big thank you to everyone who made our day so special.

James, whose parents are Simon and Judy Haythornwaite, added: “It was a fantastic day topped off by marrying the woman I love.

The couple live in Poulton Street, Kirkham, and have yet to decide where to go on honeymoon.
