Nine people have been charged following disorder at the Preston v Blackpool match.
The two teams met in the Capital One Cup at Deepdale on Monday August 5.
The match was marred by a number of incidents of disorder and damage was caused to parts of the stadium.
A major criminal investigation was launched identify those responsible for the most serious offences by examining CCTV, including images from throughout the day from the city centre, and by gathering other evidence.
Adam Hulme, 22, of Linden Grove, Ribbleton and Chris Donnelly, 19, of Levensgarth Avenue, Fulwood have been charged with affray and have been bailed to appear at Preston Magistrates Court on October 30.
Two 16-year-old boys from Preston have been charged with affray and have been bailed to appear at Preston Youth Court on October 29.
David Hough, 37, of Normandy Road, Woodplumpton, Kieran Dunne, 36, of Sylvancroft, Ingol, Daniel Brown, 18, of Carbis Avenue, Grimsargh, Preston and Andrew Duffy, 35, of De-Lacy-Street, Ashton, Preston have been charged with affray and have been bailed to appear at Preston Magistrates Court on November 4.
David Lewis, 43, of Ashworth Grove, Preston has been charged with affray and section 47 assault occasioning actual bodily harm and has also been bailed to appear at Preston Magistrates Court on November 4.
Six people have previously been charged with offences relating to the disorder, bringing the total number of people charged to 15.
