Man charged over Preston shooting
A man from London has become the fourth person to be charged in connection with a shooting in Preston.
Uwais Ilyas, 23, of Colombo Road in Ilford, Essex has been charged with conspiracy to murder.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Preston Magistrates court on Saturday.
The incident happened on Ferndale in the Fulwood area on Friday February 12.
Earlier this month, two men and a woman appeared at Preston Magistrates Court in connection with the same incident.
Pheo Charlery, 19, of Burges Road, London, Manjit Sandhu, 25, of Fairlawns Close, Hornchurch and Kasha Hayes, 18, of Sylvan Road, Ilford, Essex, were also charged with conspiracy to murder.
They were remanded in custody and will appear at Preston Crown Court on June 1.
