A man has been arrested following the death of 16-year-old Aaron Cook.
Aaron was struck by a car after he fell from a bridge over the M6 motorway on Saturday night.
A 57-year-old man from Birmingham has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to notify police of an accident.
He has been released on police bail. His vehicle has been seized and will be examined.
The 38-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident has been released no further action.
A Home Office post-mortem examination will take place later today.
