A man who called a woman derogatory names has been given a two year restraining order.
Albert John Hamill, 54, of no fixed abode, admitted harassing the Preston woman between September 13 and 19.
The court head he called her an insulting term on September 14, and four days later he broke her window.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal damage.
Preston Magistrates Court ordered him to pay her £60 compensation as well as a victim surcharge of £15.
The bench gave him a conditional discharge for two years.
The court heard he had also breached a conditional court discharge imposed on him last year for being drunk and disorderly, but did not give him a separate penalty.
