Tales of a Victorian Christmas will be told at Clitheroe Castle Museum this week.
From Friday, December 20 until Sunday, December 22, guests can join a tour between 12.30pm and 3.30pm.
Rachel Jackson, Lancashire County Council’s museum manager at the castle, said: “Visitors will be greeted by a costumed Victorian maid and shown into the kitchen where they will be served a glass of port or non-alcoholic Christmas punch and a mince pie.
“Our Victorian steward will welcome them and join them for a drink, before sharing his experience of Victorian Christmas traditions.
“The steward will then introduce his guests to the house which is home to the museum.”
Tickets are priced £3.85 for adults and £2 for concessions and include entry to the museum. Accompanied children go for free.
