She was found at a flat at the Cedar Court sheltered accommodation complex on East Street, Leyland, around 10.30pm on Thursday and later died.

A spokesman for Lancashire Constabulary today said the death continues to be treated as unexplained but there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances.

A 32-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of assault on Friday, has been released without charge, police said.
