A teenager who has caused problems for Lancashire residents has been banned from an estate under the terms of an anti-social behaviour order.
Jack Burns, 15, of Harcourt Road, Lancaster, was given the two-year ASBO by the city’s magistrates after they heard how he had made life a misery for many living on the Vale estate.
The court was told how the teenager was abusive to residents and made threats to people.
The ASBO prevents him from acting or inciting others to act in an anti-social manner. He is also banned from the wider Vale estate, other than walking to and from his home address via Barley Cop Lane, Morley Road and Granville Road.
