The future of Preston’s premier entertainment venue - the Guild Hall - is very much in doubt.
Council bosses have said they are assessing the building’s future - along with other properties the authority owns - in a bid to save money.
It has even been suggested that the 40-year-old structure could be bulldozed while there are attempts to encourage a private operator to the run the business.
