Sex ban for fireworks husbands
Women in Naples threatened their men with a sex ban if they saw in the New Year with fireworks.
The Se Spari, Niente Sesso (No Sex for Fireworks) group claims to have signed up hundreds of women supporters.
Fireworks, often home-made, and gunfire were blamed for one death and 473 injuries on December 31 last year - even after police seized 146 tonnes of illegal pyrotechnics in the weeks leading up to the holiday.
