Dozens of naturists will be diving in for an aquatic event in Blackpool.
Sandcastle Waterpark on the promenade is hosting the invite only event for British Naturists on Saturday night.
Guests will be able to enjoy attractions including water slides and pools.
Jane Kelly, marketing manager at Sandcastle Waterpark, said: “I agree it’s one of the more unusual events in our calendar, but it’s one were delighted to be hosting.
“At first you’re not sure where to look but I’ve found good eye contact is the key! And after a while you kind of forget that they haven’t got any clothes on as our job of ensuring the safety of our guests and that they are having fun is just the same as any other event.
“The people that attend on the night are always so nice to deal with and the team here are looking forward to it. I was asked last year if I wanted to join in and I politely declined as I will do this year if asked again. I’m sure it will be a great event and all go swimmingly.”
Andrew Welch, British Naturist’s spokesman added: “This is a brilliant weekend and a real must in the British Naturist diary. It’s always packed out and the Sandcastle Waterpark element of the weekend is a big draw.
“I have to say that the staff are so welcoming and it’s one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back year after year.
“Naturism is often misunderstood and despite what many people may think, it really is only about being with people that share the same values and a chance of catching up with old friends.
“People come in all shapes and sizes from a range of age groups, from all over the UK to take part in our event. If you have never tried it then it’s worth giving it a go and I promise you, that after a few minutes you’ll be wondering what all the fuss was about.”
