A MAN who admitted causing £240 of damage at a KFC restaurant in Preston has appeared before Preston Magistrates Court.
John Sebastian Whittaker, of Mason Hill View, Fulwood, Preston, wrecked the glass panel of a door during an incident at the outlet on Deepdale Retail Park on January 14, the court heard.
The 40-year-old was given a 12 month conditional discharge by magistrates after pleading guilty to a charge of criminal damage.
The bench ruled he must pay compensation of £240 to the fast food firm.
He must also pay a victim surcharge of £15.
However no order for costs was made.
