Police have appealed for information after a pedestrian was seriously injured when he was hit by a car near Lancaster.
The collision happened at around 10.05pm on September 27 in Scotland Road when a silver Ford Mondeo, which was travelling towards Lancaster from Carnforth, collided with a 24-year-old man who was stood in the road.
The man from Carnforth suffered serious leg and pelvic injuries and was taken to Royal Preston Hospital where he remains receiving treatment.
Sergeant Dave Hogarth said: “I am keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time and may have witnessed what happened to contact police.”
