Man fined for using threatening behaviour

A man has been fined £110 after admitting using threatening behaviour.

Liam Gary Joseph Cairns, 23, of Grizedale Crescent, Ribbleton, Preston, admitted the offence after an incident on New Year’s Day. The offence was committed whilst he was subject to a conditional discharge but no action was taken by the court. He must pay a £20 surcharge and £40 costs.
