Police have issued an image of a man they need to speak to following a fraud incident in Preston.
It comes after an offender approached a man on Staples car park in Corporation Street and offered two iPhone5 mobiles and a laptop for sale.
When the 32-year-old victim said he was interested he was shown the items in a silver Vauxhall Astra, possibly a X reg, in which there were two other men.
The offender then accompanied the victim to a bank where he withdrew £750.
When they returned to the car park the offender handed over a bag to the victim.
The offenders made off and the victim opened the bag to find it contained two bottles of water.
It happened at around 4.30pm on December 12.
The man is Irish, between 29 and 33-years-old with short, light brown hair.
The two men that accompanied him are between 35 and 40-years-old, one was wearing a baseball cap and the other was of a heavy build.
