A man has admitted three counts of breaching his Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO).
Anthony Batty, 61 of Broadfields Park, Oxcliffe Road, Heaton-With-Oxcliffe, Morecambe, pleaded guilty at Preston Magistrates Court and is to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on April 2.
The court heard on February 8 he operated and used an e-mail account on a Nokia phone, owned a Samsung mobile phone capable of taking and distributing images, and owned a Blackberry phone, all of which he was banned from under the terms of the order, which was imposed in 2008.
