A man who outraged members of public by performing an indecent act in a public place in Leyland has appeared in court again.

David Graham Shallicker admitted breaching his community order by failing to report to his responsible officer and failing to keep in touch with them.

He was given the order as part of his sentence after being convicted by South Ribble Magistrates Court in December of an act outraging public decency, after being seen performing a lewd act on himself in full view of members of public on October 20 last year.

Chorley Magistrates Court heard he was given a jail sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months for the offence, alongside the order, but that this was his second breach.

The 51-year-old, of St James Gardens in Leyland, admitted the breach to the bench and was ordered to pay £30 costs.
