A local council is taking to the road to connect with its tenants.
West Lancashire Council’s Tenant Involvement Team is taking an exhibition trailer to various parts of the borough to make it easier for service users to raise any issues.
Tenants can speak to staff and other tenants already involved in housing. Locals can give views on how services can be improved and learn how you can become involved in helping us become a top performing landlord.
Tenants will also be able to get a wide range of information about housing services. Councillor Val Hopley, portfolio holder for Landlord Services, said: “The Council wants to continue to develop and improve services by offering tenants a number of ways they can get involved and have their say on housing.”
All these special events take place between midday and 4pm. The trailer will be on Taylor Avenue, Ormskirk, on Wednesday 4 September. Then on Wednesday 18 September it will be opposite Burscough Health Centre on Stanley Court, Burscough. The final event will see the trailer sited on the residents’ car park at Gorse Close in Tarleton on 25 September.
