Preston woman Sue Roberts has taken over on a key role at one of the North West’s leading housing groups.
The 50-year-old, a former regeneration officer at Lancashire County Council, has been named the deputy chairman of the Regenda Group, which runs more than 12,000 homes for more than 25,000 people across the region.
The mother-of-two is also a board member of the Wyre Housing Association and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management.
