Fined for failing to identify driver
Andrew John Edmundson of the Black Horse pub in Croston near Leyland was fined £400 by magistrates at Chorley after he admitted failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of being guilty of a motoring offence. The 47-year-old was also given six points on his licence.
Wheels of justice
A defective tyre cost motorist Leanne Jones more than £500 in Chorley Magistrates Court. The 33-year-old from Moss Bank, Coppull was found guilty in her absence and fined £400 with costs and three licence points.
