Driving while disqualified
A woman caught driving a car whilst disqualified was fined a total of £330 by Chorley magistrates. Louise Adele Moss, 32, of Balcarres Road, Leyland, was also charged with driving without insurance and test certificate in Clifford Street. The case was proved in her absence.
Ross Davies, 20, of Chapel Lane, Coppull, was fined £600 by Chorley Magistrates for using a motorcycle in Wood Lane, Eccleston, without insurance. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and given six points on his licence.
Driver Brian Philip Welsh, 52, of The Court Yard, Church Street, Preston, was given a conditional discharge for 18 months by Chorley magistrates after admitting failing to pay for fuel.
