Failing to give a driver’s details to police has cost a Preston woman £175. Yasmin Adam, 40, of Watling Street Road, Fulwood, admitted the offence and was fined £110 with £50 costs and £15 surcharge by Preston magistrates. She was also banned from driving for six months.
Man admits to an assault
A Fulwood man has admitted an assault. Neal Joseph, 31, of Baillie Street, was conditionally discharged for a year by Preston magistrates.

A man has admitted being drunk and disorderly in Preston city centre. William Proctor, 68, of Oak Dene, Great Eccleston, was fined £37.
