A man found with cannabis in his possession was fined £450 by Preston Magistrates. David Joseph Rawcliffe, 28, of Wilmot Road, Ribbleton, admitted the offence and was also ordered to pay £85 costs.
William James Miller, 20, of Cave Street, Preston was given a conditional discharge for six months after admitting damaging a £100 window.
Gareth Heaton of Alpine Close, Lostock Hall, Preston, was fined £55 for being in possession of a class-B drug. The 45-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Chorley Magistrates Court.
