A 48-year-old Preston woman has been fined £50 by the city’s magistrates for stealing a remote controlled monkey. Anne Margaret Kershaw of St Peter’s Street, admitted taking the £13 toy from B & M Bargains. She was also ordered to pay £13 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.
Jonathan Brogden, 46, of Lovat Road, Preston was given a conditional discharge for 12 months by the city’s magistrates after admitting threatening behaviour towards police officers.
Kieran Jolly, 18, of St Clare’s Avenue, Fulwood was fined £100 by Preston Magistrates after pleading guilty to stealing alcohol from Aldi.
