A home in Clitheroe was severely damaged in a bedroom blaze.
Three fire engines were called to Albermarie Court at around 1pm yesterday.
Firefighters said four officers wearing breathing apparatus entered the property after using breaking in tools and used a hose reel to put out the fire along with a thermal imaging camera.
The incident caused severe damage to a first floor bedroom, severe by heat and smoke to the remainder of the first floor, and light damage by smoke and water to the ground floor.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
