Sanders stolen from garage
Two sanders were stolen from a garage at the back of a bungalow in Cottam Lane, Ashton-on-Ribble.
It happened between 7.45am on Friday and 3.45pm on Sunday.
One of the sanders is blue with a triangular pad and the other is a Ryobi sheet sander in a grey carrying case.
Call police on 101.
Motorist didn’t pay for his fuel
A man filled up a blue Renault car with £85.57 of fuel at the Co-op petrol station on Garstang Road, Preston and left without paying.
It happened on Sunday between 12.40pm and 12.45pm
He is white, with short dark hair and was wearing tan coloured trousers, a white short sleeved top and a black sleeveless jacket.
Bicycle stolen from railings
A Terrago mountain bike was stolen from the railings outside the Royal Navy Careers Office in Fishergate, Preston.
It happened between 2pm and 3.30pm on Sunday afternoon.
The bike was locked to the railings. It is dark grey with a mudguard on the back.
Purse stolen from trolley
A thief stole a purse from a bag hooked onto a shopping trolley in Asda in Fulwood, Preston.
The opportunist took the brown leather purse, which has an owl motif on it, between 10.50am and 12pm on Saturday.
Anyone with information should call police on 101.
Thief took gas meter at home
A £100 gas meter was stolen from a property in Preston.
The incident happened at a home in Emmanuel Street, Preston, between 9pm on February 21 and some time on February 22.
The thief is believed to have opened the plastic cover to the gas meter on the side of a terraced home before stealing it.
Anyone with information can call police on 101.
Bag is stolen from nightclub
A handbag containing cash and a mobile phone was stolen from a Preston nightclub.
The incident happened at the Rumes club, in Church Street, Preston. The black leather bag was taken between 1am and 2am on Sunday. It contained £40 and a silver Nokia pay-as-you-go mobile phone.
Roof damaged by car vandal
A yob damaged the roof of a car.
The incident happened in Greenbank Street, Preston, when the vandal stood on the roof of a black VW Lupo, causing a dent.
It happened between 12.30pm on Fenruary 18 and some time on February 22.
Man will face drugs charge
A man arrested after £60,000 of cannabis was found in the spare tyre of a taxi at Heysham port is to appear in court next week.
Darren Clayton, 40, of Fordham Street, Liverpool, is charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply, and will attend a preliminary hearing at Lancaster Crown Court on March 4.
