Police have released CCTV images of two men they want to speak with in connection with the theft of high valued specialist power tools from a store in Preston.

The offence took place at Slingers Saw Mill on Paley Road around 11am on July 24 when two sanders and a jigsaw valued at £850 were taken without payment.

PC Mark Coleman said: “It is possible that these tools were stolen to order. I would appeal to anybody that recognises either of the men to contact police on 101 quoting crime reference DA1202368 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”

The first man is described as being around 45 years old, with short dark hair and glasses, wearing a white t-shirt.

The second man is aged around 30 with short dark hair, a pink t-shirt and beige coat.
