Two bus drivers who hurled eggs at a rival firm's vehicles have had their licences suspended for a fortnight.
Stagecoach drivers Jason Martin Lowe and Patrick Ryan Turner, both 20, admitted throwing eggs at a Preston Bus vehicle in Ribbleton and New Hall Lane in August last year.
North West Traffic Commissioner Beverley Bell told the pair at a hearing on Thursday that their actions had been "absolutely immature and incredibly foolish" and said they had put the lives of the bus driver and his passengers at risk.
She said: "It is clear to me that your actions not only brought yourself and your employer into disrepute, but the bus industry as a whole.
"The industry has a bad enough image without youngsters like you adding to it."
She suspended both drivers from driving buses for two weeks with immediate effect, a ban which ends on Wednesday, March 5.
