A man who admits driving while he was disqualified and obstructing a police officer, following an incident in Preston on January 28, is to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court next month.
Razwan Choudry Iqbal, 34, of Hereford Grove, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, also admits driving without insurance.
He was caught driving a BMW car on New Hall Lane while banned from the road.
The offences were committed during a suspended sentence imposed in September for a previous offence.
The 34-year-old, who entered guilty pleas at Preston Magistrates Court, will next appear in the dock on March 4.
He was given conditional bail by the magistrates bench.
