A deputy lieutenant and a college principal will be among the guest speakers at an event to inspire women this week.
The 14th Annual Ladies of Achievement Lunch event in the Leyland Hotel in Leyland will feature GP Dr Helen King, Runshaw College principal Kathy Passant and Gail Stanley, a former High Sheriff of Lancashire and now a Deputy Lieutenant.
Mayoress of South Ribble, Margaret Clark, will host the charity event at noon on Friday. Mayor Colin Clark said: “The Ladies of Achievement Luncheon is now a firm fixture in the borough’s calendar.”
