Ribble Vehicle Preservation Trust is giving you a rare opportunity to board a vintage Ribble bus and explore the hidden gems of Preston – today!

Buses will start from Ribble Steam Railway at 10.30am, and take a circular route stopping at the Museum of Lancashire, and finally the Harris Museum & Art Gallery before setting off back to the Ribble Steam Railway.

The buses run every 30 minutes throughout the day from 10.30am to 4.30pm.

You can hop on and then hop off at each museum and stay as long as you like (you don’t have to stop at each museum, simply enjoy the vintage bus), enjoying a range of activities and exhibitions laid on for half-term.

Please note: sadly, due to their vintage, the buses are unable to cater for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility may have difficulty accessing the bus, but assistance will be available.

The bus stops at: Ribble Steam Railway, car park, Museum of Lancashire car park, Harris Museum & Art Gallery, park & ride stop on Jackson Street.
