A teen beauty queen is aiming to raise awareness about children with life threatening and life-limiting conditions.
Former junior Miss Preston Molly Hilton is aiming to take a top national title.
The 17-year-old trainee beauty therapist from Hesketh Bank is a semi-finalist for Miss Teen Great Britain.
But on the road to compete for the top honour kind-hearted Molly is determined to give back and is raising hundreds for charities, especially children’s charity Together For Short Lives.
Molly said: “I held a Charity Spring Tea Party at Tarleton Bowling Club to raise money and awareness for the charity earlier this month.
“It was a great day and many people enjoyed it. I was delighted with the outcome. I raised £342.59.
I did this as part of my position as a semi-finalist and also because I think Together For Short Lives is an incredible charity and I am absolutely honoured to support them.Molly Hilton

“Raising money for charities means a lot to me, I’ve raised hundreds for Cardiac Risk in the Young before.
“I’ve been telling people about Together For Short Lives and everyone is always really interested to hear about the good work the charity does for young people with life threatening and life limiting conditions.”
