Information for young people on studying, short courses, apprenticeships, voluntary opportunities, pre-apprenticeships, and a wide range of other activities will be on offer at The Zone, Lord Street, Chorley on Tuesday, January 14.
The new start event will run from 4pm to 7pm.
During the event, training providers, staff from local colleges and employers will be on hand to offer careers advice to young people between the age of 16 and 19.
They will also sign them up to study, work or volunteer.
There will also be plenty of young people’s workers available to provide information and support.
Matthew Tomlinson, Lancashire County Council’s cabinet member for young people and schools, said: “This event is perfectly-timed for young people looking for a new start in the New Year.”
