Creative schoolchildren pulled out all the stops to make scarecrows for a special Harvest Festival.

The youngsters from Our Lady and St Gerard’s Primary School in Lostock Hall, near Preston, carefully crafted their scarecrows for the harvest mass. The finished creations then went on display at Our Lady of Lourdes and Saint Gerard Majella RC Church in Lostock Hall.
