Hard-hitting films highlight knife danger

A series of hard-hitting films produced by staff and children from Preston's Youth Offending Team (YOT) will get their premiere tomorrow.

The films will aim to drive home the message: "Don't carry a knife".

One of the films is about the importance of making the right decisions in life, another on finding positive activities instead of getting into trouble, and a third about keeping away from knife crime.

The films are to be used as teaching aids at schools.
