Adactus Housing Group has been shortlisted in the best large social landlord category of the prestigious UK Housing Awards.
The accolade is recognition for the way in which the 13,000 home not for profit organisation has improved its overall efficiency as a landlord whilst increasing resident satisfaction with its services.
Adactus, the parent company of Chorley Community Housing (CCH) , has tripled its operating surplus in the past three years, enabling it to significantly increase its house building programme and employ over 100 more staff.
Adactus Group Chief Executive, Paul Lees, said: ‘We are the only social landlord from the north of England to have been shortlisted for the category of best large social landlord and it is fantastic news.
“It recognises the hard work of our staff and our boards to deliver better resident satisfaction.”
Adactus Housing Group is now one of six left in the running for the best large social landlord category.
The winners will be presented during an evening ceremony in London on Tuesday, April 29.
